Purchased a prestige plate less than 2 days before the start of June 2023. After my purchase, PPQ announced a June 2023 promo for egift card rewards with every purchase over $495. Quite disappointed that PPQ couldn't give apply the promo despite my recent purchase. Quite disheartened to know PPQ doesn't seem interested in helping you out post purchase regardless of the circumstances.

Purchased a Q plate on 8th Nov 2022, still not receiving it over 2 months. Contacted the office and they advised that at least to wait another 2 weeks, then lead time would be over 3 months, but my friend who purchased on the same date already got it before Xmas 2022.They seem encourage you to collect plate from their office rather than posting to you.But the people I talked to were always with prompt response and patience.-- finally the plate arrived on 09 Feb 2023. Thanks.

I have ordered four times from PPQ, the process is easy and super fast. I recently wanted to change my order, so I called them, was on hold for 15mins, just as I got through my phone disconnected. I was guttered. Within minutes Elsie Lisacek called me back, then emailed me so I could finish my amendment. I was SUPER impressed with her customer service. 5 stars for her

Jackson Fisher at PPQ would have to be the most useful person in administration I’ve dealt with on the Gold Coast, coming from Sydney and ordering some PPQ plates for my future car, he has assisted me throughout my plate combination! 100% would recommend talking to him, very knowledgeable!

I had started a layby and paid a $700 deposit against it and cancelled the layby well within the Terms & Conditions as set out by PPQ. Now on my 14th business day awaiting my refund (as stated in the T&Cs less a $100 fee) and still have no further updates as to whether it has been processed. 2 separate Customer Support team members have stated that all they could do is put the request in to have the refund processed and that's it as the refund gets processed by a different department. It's worrying that customers need to wait so long for a refund to be processed and then be unsure if it's actually going to happen. $600 is a lot of money to be waiting on for a refund when your customers are adhering to T&Cs. How do I know if it's getting processed?

Im not gonna lie. The customer service I received the few times I called was always amazing, the girls I spoke to were very helpful and honestly couldn’t speak more highly of them. However I must comment on their communication. I had to call myself to find out why my plates hadn’t arrived, and turns out they weren’t even shipped. This was after the 14 business day cut off. I was told that there was an issue with tmr roads, and that they were waiting for it to be resolved. It took a month to receive an email, or any communication from the company itself explaining the issue. They have no since been manufactured and are on there way to me. I cannot fault the amazing customer service team, however must say their communication with customer about issues, needs massive improvement, especially if the plates are going to take over a month to arrive.

Worst experience ever order plates for my daughters birthday got a text saying they have been reviewed successfully paid for them than the next day got a phone call saying they have been declined after some back and forth gave me a poor excuse on why which didn't really make sense and you would really have to sit there and stare at them to come up with what there meaning came too it's a joke never again will I waste my money with ppq
