I rang to discuss an issue with a starter motor,I was really quite upset and stressed out, unfortunately sometimes in the past I've had mechanics tell me there have been problems with me car when there hasn't so even calling is something that makes me a little anxious, but the consultant I spoke to was lovely. Obviously without diagnosis ge couldn't do anything anyway but he was more than happy to point me in the right direction, even suggesting another option that wasn't going with ultratune because it was time sensitive for me to get it fixed asap, instead of telling me it can be done asap and then holding onto my car and waiting for a part for weeks..

Had my car serviced recently and the service from start to finish was so smooth! The team were great and my car was ready within a few hours! Will be a returning customer that’s for sure :)

Kane from Ultra Tune in Melton, is the best Mechanic I have ever been to in 35 years of driving. Your vehicle gets fixed right the first time, without question.
