My rental property was on the market for 1 week and L&S found great tenants who are consistent with paying rent and looking after the property. L&S always return calls, constantly keep me up to date when required, statements and payments are done on time. All the staff are polite, friendly and pleasant. L&S look after the tenants and in return that looks after my greatest asset. Highly recommend Laing & Simmons :-)

I highly recommend Marissa and her staff, we were referred through a friend of ours and she definitely held her fantastic reputation, with her wisdom of words and wonderful photography that they deliver we have we've managed to get renters locked in after the first open home which has happened on both times we've had our homes on the market. They do their homework on their applicants to ensure you as a landlord has a stress free journey during a tenants stay. I cannot thank you guys enough for all your hard work yous have done over the past 3 yrs
