A review as I did not review when I purchased originally from Global Living. We had a recliner that was delivered 12 months ago and we tried to use it for the first time the other day, it would not work. we emailed the store, who sent our issue onto the warranty claim department. They had organized an inspection within 2 days. The delivery team showed up and found that a zip-tie for the packaging had been missed when it was delivered to us, they removed it and chair worked! So, thank you to such easy prompt warranty help for this store!

Delivery team did such a great job, gave me a call with timeframe in the morning, actually showed up on-time and the assembled and installed my new dining room furniture in my house and took away all the rubbish. No complaints, just great service!

Kyle was very helpful and patient with my husband and I in selecting an Electric recliner that fits our living room. The whole process was easy, no pressure, no haggling. Delivery was also great since it arrived on time and in perfect condition. The delivery men also set everything up for us and there was no assembly required.
