From the first moment to the last, we were in safe hands.Melissa made herself available at all hours of the day and night, on weekends and in the lead up to the holidays. She made it possible to achieve an incredibly quick settlement , beginning with a marathon day where she reviewed the offer contract the same day we contacted her (we sent it after dinner and the very professional review hit our inbox just before midnight). The vendor required the contract before midday the next day and Melissa decided to work late into the night as she had a full morning the next day. This review saved us a significant land tax commitment and recommended other changes that protected us.Melissa was also thoroughly expert and warm, turning a hugely daunting process into a safe one where we were given clarity every step of the way. Melissa foresaw every possible risk and protected us with clear instructions, if in our hands, or got our alignment on the steps so she could action them quickly. She says to call if we have any questions at all and really means it, as we learnt after a few questions.We found Melissa through a recommendation and are very grateful to have been in her hands. 5+ stars , highly recommended!
