Beauty by Lady Kay salon ‍ ️

Lady Kay is amazing. I've only been there once towards the end of last year, but that was enough for me to say if I am ever to get my hair braided again it will only be by her salon. She's so quick and this mama was grooving along to the music playing which got me in the groove too whilst at the same time braiding my hair. A very neat and clean establishment. I'll definitely go back.

I took my son to have braids done. I asked the lady if his hair was long enough which she said it was. On the day of the appointment she kept my son waiting an hour and never explained that she was running behind. The braids were eventually completed and they were not good at all they were done with black extensions when my sons hair is light brown they were cut far to short and the lady constantly whinged that the hair was to short but in the beginning said it was ok. They have lasted one week and fell out. Very poor quality and bad attitude to go along with it. I have been in the hair industry for 30 years so definately know what I'm talking about. Really bad experience for my son . The owner needs to be educated on how to run a business professionally and maybe take a course in manners and communication.
