We had Jackson and Rafa move our furniture and appliances. Although a dent occurred on our fridge due to the dynamics of the previous house set up, we acknowledge the team’s hard work, professionalism and efficiency. Jackson was really apologetic and understanding and made an effort to assist even with a discount. Move with Moofer!

We used Moofer twice in 2 weeks and they did a sensational job both times. Customer support always there to make sure everything runs smoothly. Michael, our mover, came on time (even early!). He was very professional, friendly & easy going. He made sure of our safety, took care of our furnitures and ensure that it doesn’t bump into anything & transported all our stuff safely. Amazing app and exceptional services provided by the removalist. The staff are very responsive, friendly and helpful to answer questions pre-booking. I was very pleased with the effective communication and their efficient work throughout my whole moving process. Would highly recommend this app for my friends and family.

The Moofer itself is amazing and has a good customer service. It's just that, on the day, the removalist happened to have some hiccup with the truck that it got delayed by around 2 hours. Thus we had to pay more. Hopefully this feedback can be used to improve the service.

Using the app is fairly easy and i do not have to call too many companies. The flat hourly rate is fair. no travel or call out charge. So overall price is really good. Good service from the boys. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. 5 stars!

Jackson is the most responsive, professional, efficient and personable mover that I have ever used, and he and Moofer (and any business he deems to be of sufficiently excellent standard to be associated with his business) will always be my first choice.I have recommended his services to friends and family, who have also been extremely happy and would book again.You never have to wait long for a reply, all quotes and job details are clear, rates are very reasonable, the truck is prompt, the move is done as quickly as possible, and all care is taken to move your belongings safely and securely.Prior to Moofer, I have had some absolute nightmare moves (one mover damaged or destroyed EVERY piece of furniture I owned; another sent a much smaller truck than requested and had to do multiple trips, not finishing until 3am), so when I recommend Jackson and Moofer, it is done from a place of much experience, and with all sincerity.
