Lemac and the entire team must be congratulated for a truly first class customer service experience. Scott (Sales) was knowledgeable, quick to respond and organised the dispatch of my EasyRig quickly and efficiently. Unlike other retailers Lemac were able to fulfil my order what felt almost instantly, receiving it the very next day (during COVID postal delays). If you’re a professional film producer and you need your products delivered on time, I can’t more highly recommend the Lemac team. 10/10.

I enquired about some power options for a sound recorder and got a really detailed reply from Cassie. This type of stuff actually gets new customers so thanks for that. As a result, I bought a few batteries and a charger etc and am stoked with the purchase. Cassie, you're worth more money.

One of the more affordable shops in Sydney for prosumer film goods. Good customer service too. Helped me out when the manufacturer of a product was not taking the repair on a faulty product seriously. Will shop there again.
