The girls were fantastic… they were really gentle with my daughters nails (6yrs old and 13yrs old) and the girl who did mine was so attentive to fixing the rush job I had done by a place in lithgow… she corrected all the mistakes and took her time… my nails were a unique design and she made them look amazing… would definitely recommend this place… my girls and I loved the experience..

Had the worst experience of my life !!! They were so rough and unprofessional!!! They made my nail bleed ! And they disregarded my pain when I complained it was hurting!! I suggested several times to soak my nails in acetone to remove my acrylic nails but she said it will take too long so she forcefully removed my acrylic nails using another nail tip and ripped my natural nail bed off while doing so!!! I would never come back here again nor would I recommend anyone to either.

Liars liars. They will tell you one price and then charge you something else and give you 100 excuses as to why. Rude workers and nails break after two days because of how thin they make it. After our argument they purposely starting prodding my injury to cause me pain

I got so ripped off. Staff is rude, they don't understand what customer wants and omg I paid $90.00 more for terrible service. Never ever going there again.

Paid $38 for eyebrow tidy up They didn’t make mine even and have burnt by 15year olds eye lids her eyes were swollen last night.Will not go back there

Get my nails done every 3weeks. Look forward to going and getting my treat for my nails. The staff are so patient and I feel for how some of them are treated by clients.
