Used this florist for our wedding back in April. I called a thousand times with so many questions.. nervous as I was out of town and relying on their expertise.When the flowers arrived on the day.. everything was perfect, could not have asked for anything more!! thank you!!!!

After a very disappointing experience with another company I called Mudgee Florists.Letitia could not have been more helpful. She was patient, kind & competent. We completed thetransaction which now would not arrive until the next day & included a cost for delivering to a rural areaSoon after I received a call from Letitia saying that the family were in town & they would be happy todeliver the flowers to them. THANK You LETITIA .Well done Mudgee Florist.

Not happy. Ordered and paid over the phone to send flowers to friends. It is only that I was speaking to my friends the next day that I realised no flowers were del.So spoiling the surprise, I had to ask about it. Rang florist and they delivered to someone else as they couldn't find the number on the letterbox. WHAT ???They didn't bother to ring me.So next day they redelivered the same bunch of flowers. Very bad service and average flowers. And still didn't ring me back to tell me what was happening. Pathetic service. Really disappointed.

Thank you so much to the ladies at Mudgee Florist. I ordered a native arrangement for my mothers 90th Birthday as I could not get there from Queensland. The ladies have gone above and beyond to make sure that the arrangement was spectacular. I cannot recommend Mudgee Florist highly enough and will always use Mudgee Florist for any arrangement that I need. A very big Thank you Mudgee florist. Such a great job!

My husband ordered flowers for valentines as we were spending 2 nights in Mudgee. The flowers are beautiful, fresh and a lovely arrangement- Very modern. Would normally have given 5 stars for this, however, he asked for natives (as we are travelling home the next day AND he has allergies to everything else, he thought natives would be a great option.) He also knows that I love natives, being a florist myself, this was a little disappointing from that aspect only. Arrangement consisted of Tiger Lily’s, disbursed, roses, lisianthus, snap dragons.

So accommodating! I didn't really know how to celebrate the life of a friend's mother passing and still be respectful. I rang them at the last minute, luckily they had organized the flowers for the funeral and quickly added matching pocket hole roses in her favorite colours for the family (women and men) to wear and place on the grave after the service. So many people commented on how lovely it was. Thank you!

I ordered flowers for my Daughter and Son in Laws 25th wedding anniversary.My daughter was absolutely thrilled with them, they went to extra distance to cover the box with silver and tied the box with silver ribbon. We are very happy and will definitely recommend them for future occasions .

Ordered and paid for flowers for my daughters birthday,they were to be delivered the next day.Received a phone call telling me the florist had NO flowers until theMonday 2 days after my daughters birthday, I was then told a refund wouldnot appear back in my account for 5 to 7 days later. What kind of service is this? Will never use this florist again. One star only because I can't postwithout adding a star.
