I took my guitar to get restrung not knowing their technician wasn’t there. The guy filling in did a shocking job of restringing it. I paid the same price as per what I would’ve for their skilled technician. The employee apologised saying that he recognised it was a subpar job, however did not offer to fix it or rectify it.All in all, very friendly but overall disappointed in that experience

I went to their store yesterday to purchase a mandolin. They were super helpful, giving me all the information on every type of mandolin they stock and even let me try one!After deciding which one I wanted they offered to tune it up for me with no extra cost. They were also super helpful with turning my online voucher into an i store voucher.The staff are very professional and helpful with all your musical needs

Just came from buying a beginner guitar for my daughter. The sales person was incredibly helpful. He pulled out a sample guitar, got her to sit down and balance it etc. He then sold me a very reasonably priced guitar that was perfect for her. I left feeling very satisfied.

I ordered a guitar for my husband’s birthday. It was a last minute plan to get this particular guitar and luckily Engadine Music had them in stock, for a good price too. Alysha booked the same day delivery for me but there was some drama with the courier company. Alysha went above and beyond and came to deliver the guitar herself on the same day. Husband loved the gift. Thanks Alysha! You’re a gem.
