Miele Experience Centre Southport

I went into the Miele showroom on Saturday. I was tentative because of the reviews that some had left on Google. This fear was misplaced. Jill was fantastic. Helpful, respectful and very knowledgeable. She even suggested we come into the cooking demonstration and offered the booking URL to assist in this process. Jill also followed with a quotation and availability of the equipment we wanted. Bravo Miele!

Filled out online service form 10 days ago... Still waiting response. Went online and entered Live chat... Got told to fill out service form. Twenty minutes on phone on hold. Now looking for a coffee machine that fits in the wall where the Miele was.

CUSTOMER NO CARE>Been in the showroom twice to buy a washing machine. Both times we were the only ones there, so I know they are not busy.Have been trying to ring to add something to the order and been on hold for over thirty minutes, keeps saying a customer care consultant will be with us shortly.

Called into the showroom on Saturday morning to buy a new dishwasher. Morgan and Mike were amazing. Mike looked at the photos of our current one and with his knowledge new straight away what we needed. Morgan took us down stairs showed us our options and what they could supply straight away. They certainly know about customer experience, nothing was an effort. We will have the new dishwasher on Tuesday. Speed and Convenience, now I know why I choose Miele. Thankyou Morgan and Mike, you guys definitely are the A TEAM.....

They hadn't updated their system so I couldn't book online. Rang, kept waiting for 45 minutes. This seems to be a recurring theme. If you are going to sell a very expensive premium appliance it has to be matched with similar customer service. Obviously you don't care because everyone complains of this. Enough to put me off another Miele purchase despite being a loyal customer in the past

Recently visited the showroom with the purpose of replacing our old Miele dishwasher. We received a friendly greeting from Lis-Anna who showed us the range available. She explained the features of each model and answered all our questions making the process of choosing a lot easier. We were offered coffee, tea, water while we were looking and did not feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. The whole experience was a positive one and our dishwasher was delivered and installed yesterday. The delivery team were punctual, professional and polite and I'm very happy with the new dishwasher.

Disappointed with my recent experience visiting this shop. Initially I met with Alex, who gave the impression that he was bored and disinterested in assisting me. He passed me onto Andreina suggesting she was an expert. Her greeting was unfriendly. Neither were able to assisting me with what I felt were basic appliance questions. I left and returned to my car to find Alex standing beside it smoking. It seems his smoking habit took priority over service. I won’t be back.

Thank you to Mike Shaw and his team at Southport. Mike's customer service was exceptional. It is nice to know when you purchase products as good as Miele, you have a customer service team behind the product to assist you with the after sales service. Nothing was too difficult for Mike. Having purchased 8 Miele appliances for our home it is nice to feel valued and Mike certainly made us feel this way after our recent experience at the Southport store. Very happy customers who appreciate your service.

Recently purchased a washing machine and dryer from the Miele Southport store.When delivered they came with the wrong stacking frame so couldn't install dryer. Rang store and informed them of the mishap and nothing happened for 7 days, no phone calls from Miele but many from me.My last call was to customer care and they couldn't confirm when they could bring the right stacking frame so I informed them to come and collect the equipment. Within one hour of this call I had someone ringing me to arrange a time for collection!!! They came two days later and took the used equipment away. Then it took 3 weeks after many phone calls to get my money backAll round failures in every department and arrogance from all involved.Just had a new Bosch washing machine and dryer installed this morning.

Beware buying from here, as there is minimal after sales support. They don’t respond to emails despite saying “If further assistance is required please respond to this email.” We have to wait over a month for a service call to review a faulty appliance despite notifying them of this on the day it was installed. Our experience has been consistent with other negative reviews here.
