Would not recommend at all. I went for facial threading and waxing which was fine. I then started going for IPL. Very over priced. I also got ripped off a lot, I started my IPL when there was a 20% off promotion and was told I'd always get the 20% off, sometimes Mina would give it to me sometimes she wouldn't and one time she took 10% off the IPL and 10% off the threading. Very sneaky. I also kept getting told one thing and then the next time it was the opposite - I was told to shave before IPL so I did and then when I got there she asked why I did that, so the next time I didn't do it and she said why didn't you do it? She then shaved me and went on to burn me. I still have scars on the back of both legs 2 years later. She told me it was okay to thread in between IPL so essentially I lost so much money. Very upset. So hurt by how I was treated. Staff are also rude, would never recommend this place to anyone

How do you justify charging $170.00 for a microdermabrasion for 1 hour, but the technician finishes after 30 minutes and when I question that the service didn't go for 1 hour and only 30 minutes she says, I took less time to do it". What a rip off

Staff and therapists are always lovely and polite, extremely soothing atmosphere, decently priced. Would highly recommend.

After asking for a change to treatment, the person refused and after arguing with me would not 'touch my body' Her words. So she has $260 of my money and I have nothing. Now have to fight in VCAT. Is this the way a beauty business should run. What happened to customer first. Oh, and the treatment I wanted to change - I didn't want an hour long facial because I have sensitive skin!!!

I've not had any treatment here but had dealt with the manager to resolve an issue with one of the employee's (who is a family member that had not gotten paid since day 1). I spoke with Mina, who was very unprofessional and rude over the phone and kept insisting that she did not have to listen to anything I had to say and that she is not involved in that department of the business. She kept interrupting me and ended up hanging up on me when I said I would like to speak to her in person as I felt she was not even listening.No resolution was given and her communication was appalling. As I was speaking to her in a calm but serious manner, she was responding very defensively and kept talking over me loudly. Her stories of the situation also kept changing throughout the conversation e.g. one second the employer is interstate, the next they are overseas so cannot pay the employee.Seriously unprofessional. Seriously unimpressed.I would not go here for services. I cannot even contemplate how this woman treats her staff and customers if they ever got onto her wrong side. Being the manager of a business so purely base on customer service, this is not the right place for her. The business would be booming if someone who could handle all kinds of situations were placed in her position instead.

Seriously overpriced! Plus the owner/manager is incredibly rude, and the other staff are incompetent. Do not waste your time or money here!

I have been a client of Mina's for over 7 years. The service is always excellent.
