The world worst customer service , I wanted to Pick up my parcel had my id with me the collection card even told the guy what size parcel it is gave him all my details and he refused to give to me. Invading my privacy cause he wanted to see more evidence that it is for me.his name is Michael Jung and he is the most rudeness person ever you should not work in customer service....

Not Answering their Phone. Arggh!! Received SMS saying parcel is ready to collect. Only problem is it should be in Melbourne, not Ashmore QLD. So now what do I do? They don't answer their phone, Their Message Box is FULL..

Using this post office weekly, sometimes a few times per week. Never had a single issue, post workers are always friendly and professional.

The idea of picking up your parcel at post office is because it could not have been left at your home while you are at work so when you leave early from work drive for 30min to find the lady who shuts the door at 5 exactly won’t help that is stupid

Under staffed most times, current staff need efficiency training. The office is too small, people sometimes wait outside when busy. Australia Post management needs to act at this outlet.

The general rudeness and impatience I have witnessed from customer facing staff is phenomenally poor, especially when how expensive their services now are. Handing over a fragile parcel to see it dropped into the outgoing sack rather than being placed was very disappointing. They don’t answer their phones so don’t bother trying. The franchise needs an audit from head offices or dissolving.
