Came here for my 16/17 tax return as I was worried it was a little complicated for myself to complete. I spent most of the appointment explaining to the 'accountant' what a novated lease was and then what a payment in arrears was. When I explained it to him I was told it wasn't a thing. I walked out about half way through and did it myself since it 'is a thing'.It is pretty scary when the 'accountant' knows less than the client. I would only recommend going here if you know absolutely nothing about tax at all and don't have a mildly competent friend who could do it for you.

Freddy is a lovely guy and genuinely went the extra mile to ensure I was claiming everything I could which included getting a devaluation report done on my house which I have rented out while I work remote.It was well worth it giving me a good tax return.His fee was very reasonable as well.

Got our tax done, and not very happy with this mob, did the interview in a very small windowless office with no ventilation or air-conditioning, very unpleasant. She made a huge error in calculating our return by adding a zero to one of our deductions, and only picked it up a day later.She said it would take about 2 to 3 weeks, but 2 months later we, are still waiting, not her fault I'm sure, but no communication from her at all as too any reason, just goes to show how much she values her clients.
