While there can be a que it’s only because of how fabulous this store is. I absolutely love the products and service is always very friendly and helpful, as they use their store products and know what works for certain skin and hair types. There’s always something knew to sniff as they regularly have new products for holidays.

I was served by Connie, I came in for something to make my draws smell nicer and even though they don't sell a potpourri she suggested I use a misting spray. I use Lush soaps often and was disappointed that my favourite Twilight scent wasn't in stock. She then told me they have it in a soap kit which contained two other of my favourite soaps and wrapped up in a nice cloth. I was happy to take that one, and it wasn't much more money than the spray would've been on its own especially since I get three other products with it, so I feel like a real winner tonight. Thanks!

Came in this afternoon to get a few things for my sister. Ended up having such an insightful & helpful conversation from such a friendly staff member named Violet. Violet really went above & beyond in making me feel comfortable in asking heaps of questions & guided me with such kindness. I really appreciate her help & I hope management recognizes such a dedicated team member such as Violet. Thank you so much! :)

Went in to buy some bath bombs and bubble bars (best bath bombs on the planet in my opinion). Staff were absolutely wonderful! They didn’t skip a beat in assisting me or asking if I needed any help with anything. I didn’t catch the name of the lady at the till but she was super bubbly, bright, and knowledgeable about the products. It brightened up the rest of my day.

Got the new Mario lucky block bath bomb. It was amazing, left a nice bright yellow with glitter/shimmers , the soap is so cute aswell ✨
