Hervey Bay Automatic Transmissions and Mechanical

Troy serviced my Subaru while I was on a visit to Hervey Bay and he picked up that the air filter was well overdue for replacement. Car is now running like a dream!

Just had a a PWR cooler fitted to our BT50 and the service was exceptional as they explained every aspect of the job and gave us a detailed report on the condition of the transmission. The staff were quite friendly a would recommend them to anyone.

Dirtiest filthiest workshop I’ve ever been into in my life. Tools and parts stacked high on every bit of bench and counter space looks like it’s never been cleaned since the day it opened. Got car back with grease hand prints all over car inside and out and grease foot prints imbedded in carpet. Also what appeared to be some sort of fluid sprayed all down rear door and panel which required professional polishing to remove. Charged $1000s and gave car back with exactly the same problem it went in for but said it’s fine. Took it back and then they wanted to replace over $1000 of parts plus labour to repair original problem as now claimed it was something else. I took it to another shop who said there was nothing at all wrong with any of the parts they originally replaced or the other parts they wanted to replace and that they had no idea what they were doing. Other shop had car fixed same day as it was only a simple cheap fix.
