Rude staff would not serve me because I had my daughter with me who I didn't want to leave in the car. Disgusting attitude, rude and obnoxious. Never felt so embarrassed in front of my family.

Had quite a bizarre experience with staff. They assumed because my 16yo helped carry drinks to the counter with his mother that she was “supplying a minor”.They then refused to sell to all the members of our group.Myself & a Mate then returned to buy my wife’s drinks & we’re also refused service when we politely questioned their “policy” & told we were “holding up the line”Definitely never buying from the AGAIN.Thankfully Celebrations Robe are not the only bottle shop in town!Thanks to the wonderful Robe Hotel, we were treated with respect, rather than just another annoying tourist….

Absolute poor treatment as a customer for no mask due to medical condition, told i had to show my personal medical records in front of everyone. DOWN RIGHT DISCRIMINATION. Quoted the legislation" that i had too

Absolute disgrace celebrations in robe , rude and disgusting service from staff will definitely not be back again!!
