Answer the phone, this is ridiculous. I called at 8:30am and was waiting nearly 2 hours and still no answer. Find another employment agency.

Signed me up, case manager left them and they just signed off that I'd attended all the appointments. Didn't get a bit of help looking for a new job

Every single appointment, I am made to wait for at least 45 minutes, and if you express any annoyance, they condescend you and act like you deserve to wait for being a filthy unemployed loser. They have no regard for your privacy and will shout your full name out for anyone to hear, and make you do things in a group even if you are not comfortable with it. They have no respect and treat you like you are not human because you are unemployed. I feel horrible enough being unemployed and they just make it worse.

As far as Employment service providers Max is by far the best company, I have been linked into different providers & locations across Qld and have always gone back to Max because are waaaaay more efficient and alot more helpful .Scenario I have experienced-Missed my jobseeker app outcome- suspension (cut off payment )Employment Services Solutions-'Other Providers ' Can not do anything you need to make an appointment, earliest app is in 4 days we are busy posting on Insta an doing sweet f.a until then.Max Employment - Always resolve issue on the day you contact them , they endeavour to make an appointment the day U contact them if that's not possible they still restore your payment and book an appointment asap, make sure to attend the new app they make!! Legit only service providers that actually understands from our pov. They also have awesome councillor services available to help through unforseen drama we might have . So if you look at it from that perspective then they are by far the best. Also staff always more down to earth then

Max employment Toowoomba was there for about 4 months did not see my consultant in a one on one basis. The health officer help me with my resume and cover letter the actual people who are suppose to help u always told me they are understaffed so that they could not help me and I would seriously avoid if u want serious help to find employment. They don't help they are suppose to give you the skill and knowledge so you can get a job which they did not do.

When I first joined max employment my job agent was very helpful and always caught up with me face to face and tried to help me wherever possible. My new job agent on the other hand has not helped me find any jobs or helped me in any perspective yet is threatening me with my payments!!! Absolutely disgusted with this centre and how I’ve been treated the past few months considering I have multiple health concerns that I’m trying to sort out and these people are not understanding or helpful at all!!!

Absolutely appauling service and the staff are so lazy and forgetful. If Centrelink asks you to pick between these guys and another group, go for the other group because these guys will ruin your schedule. They would not reschedule my appointment even though I told them I had work (was working casual so I was called in). They didn't do anything to help with my job searching and their business course I took was pathetic. I finished it with ease and 5 months later in still waiting for the certificate which I had to call them about because they sent it to the wrong address!! Best thing is though, you can cheat the system and tell them you're studying without much more proof than a timetable then they'll cut your requirements from 20 to 10 which is a lifesaver if you work alot.

Trying to Cut people off the doll for no offense now is that helping anyone with out the doll you have no JOB
