The house we stayed in is fantastic!The real estate group were uninterested and unhelpful .We'd prefer a different team to manage the lovely property.

Nathan and Heidi have been a pleasure to deal with. They are exceptionally professional, quick to respond (even after hours) and go the extra mile to make a great experience for owners and tenants. It's obvious they take a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommend you reach out to them if you are heading to Crescent Head.

My partner and I had booked accommodation through Air B&B for Easter. Today the booking was cancelled due to a double booking" despite final payment recently debited from her bank account. My partner called Air B&B who stated her booking was the only one. She noted the owners had listed the property on the real estate agent when making the booking. She called Elders and spoke with Nathan. Apart from him being disinterested he said his booking was taken in October and our booking was taken in November. How did he know when our booking was taken? Why were the owners taking bookings on Air B&B if the property was already booked? Seems like a later better offer may have been taken. It's been two weeks since we stayed at a property in Crescent and I'm still waiting for my bond! I rang them twice and explained and the response was that it takes 7 days for it to process through their system?. Well these days it only takes a day for money to be transferred not 7 days! Not good enough very poor!

Would never deal with again, very rude and aggressive. Very poor communication to clients and between staff. Did not respond to emails and was given false information. Asked for our bank details but then received no refund.

Shocking! Completely disorganised and deceitful. They have wrongly held our bond due to their own disorganisation and over charging our booking. They charged us for making of the beds when we did not request this . They refuse to look at the maths and booking terms to see that our bond still remains with them and we are over a month post our stay ! They take weeks to respond to messages if ever, the staff are unhelpful and have caused great distress.DO NOT BOOK WITH ELDERS CRESCENT HEAD! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !

The team at Elders Crescent Head manage my rental property and we are so happy with their service! Everything is done and fixed very efficiently if any problems come up with the house, correspondence is always top notch and the office team are always willing to go above and beyond to help you.I also own the local florist and the elders team always go out of there way to support us and many other fellow local businesses.
