Went there on a Saturday morning around 11am but they decided to close early. Wouldn’t serve us even there are people in the shop. Strongly recommend calling before hand.

I’m a retail customer and this is now my go-to place for a lot of our renovation needs. Ordering online is easy, comms A+, pricing is good and customer service from all of the team is excellent and friendly. New shop is nice. Prefer them to the other big name plumbing store. Not sure about the re-stocking fee as per the previous review as I recently returned an online purchase with no probs and wasn’t charged that. Perhaps it’s for for big items, not sure.

Don’t use Tradelink, provided a faulty product and then refused to provide a refund after we returned the product and told them that the original card used for payment had been cancelled. Had to engage Consumer Protection to resolve the matter.

They will charge a 25% restocking fee even if it’s the wrong size.Also charge a huge credit card fee.Overall, just don’t go there.

The guys were friendly and helpful. Their pricing was fair for the Phoenix tapware I was chasing. I will definitely shop here again.
