WORST BEHAVIOUR FROM THE WOMAN WORKING THERE!I was just in the store browsing and deciding if I wanted to get some cookies. Then I decided not to get cookies and get some cheesecake instead. As I was about to move to look at the cheesecakes, the woman (a middle aged Chinese lady) was like “Can I help you?” I was like no all good. She was like “If you’re not buying that why are you waiting here long time ruining my products?” I never heard that in my entire lifetime of experience in shopping before. I asked her what she meant and she just ignored me and started talking to other customers. Even the customers were smiling at me surprised at this. All I did was pick up the packets and read labels and place them back. I just rushed out feeling insulated without buying anything there and will never enter that shop again.

If I could give zero, I would! Horrible horrible customer service—- specifically the woman at the counter who is so good at consistently making you feel like the least welcome person in the world. Wish there was another Bread Top in Canberra so that I could avoid this shop for the rest of my life.

Bread is good, even if the selection is limited. As others have reviewed, the staff service could be improved. While the main baker is really nice and friendly, the young man and lady who tend the front counter are usually terrible. You're not allowed to touch the bread, and they're rude with an air of impatience. I'm a regular because I'm a fan of Asian bread, but am starting to think that it's not worth going there since it's annoying having to deal with their attitude depending on their mood for the day.

They have a great range and always fresh, if you are hungry and confused what to get, that's the go to place. They have smaller serve sizes, but from snacks to mains to desserts they have u covered.

This is NOT the same Breadtop as the Sydney ones. Can someone from Sydney please fix up this store?! They need to learn what the Breadtop name means and provide consistency. More than half the space was empty and there were zero of my Breadtop favourites available so I couldn't get anything. Waste of my time.

0/5Their pre-packed cookies are so fragile, can't even put on hand to have a look and think. The rude lady keep blaming customer out loud. Keep all your goods in your safe.Worst service I come across. What a shame!

Delicious fresh bread goodies. Good selection and pricing when we went. I love the pork floss buns. We had no issues with the older lady behind the counter that people seem to complain about but I wouldn't call her particularly friendly or interested in customers either so it's probably best suited for people who know what they're looking for and will be in and out.

My recommendation; fried ebi bun or anything with sausage in!EASILY my favourite baked good around, with a great selection if you get there before the best stuff sells out (seriously just wait half an hour, their produce is worth it and theyre always baking back there so what you want will be back within an hour)Ive seen some reviews saying the collection of bread were limited, these people have arrived at the store either before the fresh baked goods they wanted were finished cooking, or after most of it had already sold out. My favourites are the ebi bun (please also be mindful of racist reviews placing communication error on the servers as opposed to the rest of us who just dont know what ebi ((or i guess words like bun and sausage)) means, but its phenomenal whatever it is) and the curry hashbrown bun. Hon. mention to cream horn, taro bun, and literallly anything with a sauge in it.(Honestly its not hard to just accept that you actually can communicate with people who speak a whole other language and cook food better than you can pronounce it)

BREAD ARE SO FRESH BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO PATHETIC OR CONFUSING . I WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN. LADY ON THE COUNTER DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK OR COMMUNICATE.PLEASE MINDFUL OF THIS THINGS SPECIALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF YOU REALLY WANT TO GROW FURTHER. GOOD LUCK.

The worst service I have ever seen! The staff at the cashier are extremely rude and impolite. I’m a big fan of breadtop, I bought a lot of their products in Melbourne and Canberra. But I won’t recommend this shop because the staff will damage your good mood of the day. They don’t wear masks and gloves during Covid-19 but they are not allowed customers touch the packaging of their bread. How can I take them to the cashier without touching it? Also the staff didn’t speak much English, very hard to communicate with them. I will complain their service to breadtop and Westfield, if they don’t have anything changed I may contact Accc to protect my rights.
