I had bad experience here with my Mondeo, now I tried again - looks like they failed with my Ranger, again :(If they simply can't control car washing - imagine there might be bad work under the bonnet too... Absolutely useless for service, value and workmanship.I've had many experiences there over the years in the 10 years that I've owned my Ranger purely due to proximity to home and nothing has changed or improved.I just paid $765 to get my passenger window working again and collected the car to find rubbish left on the floor mat. The black glue used to seal the door plastic smeared on my door in multiple places and the window switch fitted backwards. Obviously some top notch tradesman working in the service department there.To top it off I went to test drive the new ranger, at the time they had lost the keys for the only V6 on the lot. Not a problem, mistakes happen.I was asked if I had anything else to do in the meantime while they find the keys, so I went to look at some cars from some other dealers and was basically killing time waiting for the call that they promised. They never bothered to call or follow up.I'd be embarrassed to be running this dealership, really damaging to the Ford brand.

Really nice buying experience here.The atmosphere was warm & friendly from the vehicle demonstration to the final delivery. Will, the salesman was very professional, kind and thorough during the complete sales process.

Dealing with Wesley in sales for a new Ford Ranger. He was quick to attend to everything and knew a lot about the car. Also followed up after the test drive. As per the current market, we will have to wait for the particular car we want, but he made our decision process easy and was attentive.Update 1/5/23We got our car.... considering the wait list for a ranger raptor, Wesley was on the case and kept me informed of any that came available in other colours etc. Once he had one, we locked it in and he and Aaron (ford finance) did a great job to expedite the process. Wesley called to check I was happy after the weekend and made clear he remained available after the sale if I ever had questions or concerns about the car. Overall a great job by Wesley and the team at Nuford

Appalling that a service is booked and not honoured needless to say as a warning to others if you book a service and recieve confirmation texts this has no bearing on you having a service booked.Nor as I found does the reference number, two different systems, very odd but a reality.Needless to say I will be continuing to tell everyone of the appalling treatment and that I will never ever be buying a Ford again or have the current one serviced by Ford in the future.

My car buying experience with Nuford Wangara was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the moment I booked my car to the day of delivery, it was a series of mishaps and miscommunication that left me extremely dissatisfied.One of the major issues I encountered was the sudden change of salesperson from the time of booking to the delivery of the vehicle. This change resulted in a lack of continuity and left me feeling confused and disconnected from the entire process. The new salesperson seemed unaware of the details of my purchase and had no idea about the agreed-upon delivery time frames.Speaking of delivery, the lack of clear communication regarding the delivery time frames was highly frustrating. I was given vague estimations and promises without any concrete information. As a result, I had to constantly follow up with the dealership to get updates on the status of my delivery, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.Moreover, the lack of coordination and organization within the dealership was evident throughout my experience. There was a notable lack of attention to detail, and it felt as though my purchase was just another transaction to them. The overall professionalism and efficiency were severely lacking, making me question the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction.Furthermore, the after-sales support I received was minimal. When I raised my concerns about the sales and delivery process, I was met with dismissive responses and a lack of accountability. It was disheartening to see that the dealership was not willing to take responsibility for their shortcomings and make an effort to rectify the situation.In conclusion, my experience with Nuford Wangara was far from satisfactory. The lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism throughout the sales and delivery process left me feeling frustrated and let down. Have called a few times and have also went into the place and have not been treated with respect and have found this with other customers waiting there to collect there cars.I called twice now for 2 different warranty issues on my new ranger raptor and was told i would receive a call back for the first one and wasnt contacted back.The 2nd issue they put me on hold for a long time until i hung up and then called again and was answered by the admin and they then put me through straight away but the person on the people in service is very rude and no customer respect and they have plenty of service people at the desk there so staffing levelling isnt a issue but they dont know how to run as a team.I also have been into the dealership to look at buying a new vehicle and the sales team was very experienced and and great to deal with but wasnt keen to wait for a few years delivery time so went else where

I love my new car!!!! We dealt with Mia and she helped us in every way possible without the feeling of pressure to buy which we had previously experienced at other dealerships. She helped us in negotiating a good deal for our trade in which was a critical part of our decision making. We also really appreciated how smooth the transaction was and I was already in my new car day after purchase.

I would not recommend, we signed a contract for a new Everest only to be told the following day that the vehicle we placed a deposit on had actually been sold, we were then offered an alternative in the same color as we originally chose with additional features that would increase our purchase price or the option to select a different color from the stock available, when my husband requested a call from the dealer principle we were not afforded that courtesy and instead were contacted by a manager who was rather rude and unhelpful. The sales person we dealt with was a redeeming feature for the dealership as she was helpful and apologetic and a lady from the servicing department who went out of her way to be of assistance.
