Highly unprofessional business. Waited 2 hours just to see a technician and the owner came over to the girl doing my nails and said it wasn’t “up to their standard” as the finish had air bubbles and lumps. Another technician then did my nails and she was very forceful and cut my cuticles. I was then told that the length I wanted was an extra $10 and this was just for solid colours, they didn’t tell me this before my service so I questioned this and they wanted to charge me for the first service also. For an average pair of nails of solid white and one feature nail of pink, I was charged $70 where most salons in the area charge anywhere from 40-60 for a much better service. Avoid if you can, I will not be going back.

I came into the salon wanting to have my old nails removed and a new set put on I came in and was seated straight away. The gentleman gave me the bowl of acetone to soak off my nails. Which is completely normal but I was left in the bowl of acetone for 45min to and hour I let them know my hands where hurting but my old nails hadn’t come off yet so I was told to put them back in an scratch them off myself. Finally they nails came off and it was time to put the new set on with tips I asked to have about 1 cm of tip on my nails and after glueing them on was told that it was going to have to pay $10 more. I’ve never had to pay extra for tips after getting my nails done nearly every second week and after my hands being in so much pain I thought it would be best just to leave as I’d been in the salon for nearly 2 hours. I offered to pay to the removal of my nails but he said they don’t charge for removal I tried to explain to the gentleman the my skin was so dry and burning the it was literally like I’d been sunburned and all my skin was pealing and my hand where red raw. He gave me moisturiser and said that it was just a me problem. Would never recommend this salon!!! This is my hands more than a week later and still having to moisturise almost every two hours.

Too rushed, they keep accepting customers when clearly they are too busy - you just wait and the quality is awful! All I wanted was to soak off, and even then they didn't shape my nails properly and put some sticky top coat that never dried and told me to leave even though it was smudged... Never going again!

I’ve been coming here for years and until yesterday very satisfied. The pedicure I had yesterday was very bad. I still have lots of dry, rough skin on my feet that the woman didn’t even try to remove. The massage she gave was half hearted and she was more interested in what music was being played. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next pedicure.Also I speak Vietnamese and unfortunately some of the staff were making derogatory comments about customers. Unprofessional.

My experience at this store was amazing. The lady i had, talked to me and made sure i was happy with my manicure. My nails turned out lovely, i go to this SNS Salon frequently and i always have a fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend coming to this Salon.

Asked for the red nail picture style but chose a silver glitter colour instead of the red. The man said it would cost extra which I said was fine as I just wanted to get them done before I start work. The nail tech made my nails so thick I am so embarressed. The nails look ten times wider then my natural nail. She then filed the heck out or my nail bed and around my nail until i was bleeding. So painful. She gave me the worst shape even after I asked her to change it twice. She was acting like it was a inconvenience. The silver ends looked so gross and misshapen not nice and sharp but after showing up at 3:15 and being there until 5:30 I just wanted to leave. She kept stopping and stretching her back like she had a sore back and was tired and didn't want to do my nails. The man charged me a extra 45!!!! These nails cost me $95. I can't express how bad this place is. Telling everyone I know never to go here.

AVOID! Don't go here!Rude, obnoxious, offensive, unreasonable man works at the front.The girl applied the wrong SNS colour number - would not admit nor fix their error. They tried to cover up with lies.Their nail art is also really terrible and lacking any skill too.Please read all the negative reviews first, as they are 100% true. Wish I had done that first. I've been going for about 6 months but won't be anymore. Extremely dissatisfied customer is an understatement. But they won't care.Please take my advice - just go somewhere else!

First time I went here an excellent pedicure, second time it was terrible so today I asked for the same woman from first time. The pedicure was excellent again however the sns manicure was trash (different lady). All nails were unevenly filed and some thicker than others. I had to ask several times for corrections and the woman was so rude. Then at the end each time the owner insisted I pay cash. Overall this place is overpriced for inconsistent results and dodgy I wouldn't recommend.

Got my SNS nails with tips done with Emma (I hope I got her name right) on Friday night. She was so lovely and did a wonderful job to make sure I was happy with the nail shape. Thank you very much I love my nails! :)

During my visit to the Salon for a nail appointment, I encountered some disappointing experiences. The nail technician was frequently having a conversation with another technician in their native language or answering phone calls while working on my nails and browsing photos of food on her mobile device.Additionally, when it was time to pay, the gentleman at the front desk strongly suggested that I pay with cash, which I declined. In hindsight, I regret not having read the reviews beforehand and will not be returning to this establishment.
