Evanslea Luxury Boutique Accommodation Mudgee

We stayed at Evanslea for the Mudgee leg of our quarantine-free honeymoon. It was absolutely fantastic and we were so thrilled with our choice. Of all the accomodation we booked during our stay, Stacey made the most effort to make us feel special and the thoughtful touches were very appreciated.The Loft cottage was a perfect base across our three night stay for our wine-tasting and adventures. We very comfortable and had everything we needed; with Stacey happy to help us with some other little requests to suit our style. The spa bath is the obvious highlight; an excellent way to enjoy a bottle of Mudgee sparkling.We enjoyed exploring the grounds and swam in the pool every morning. It's a very manageable walk into town too which let us leave the car parked safely and fully indulge.Thanks so much Stacey (and Phil!) for a memorable stay. We'll see you again on our next visit!

If your planning a trip to Mudgee, I highly recommend Evanslea. Whether your a family or a couple. Whether you have a pet or not, Evanslea is the perfect holiday destination. It all starts with Stacey the host, who goes over and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottages we stayed in was top notch, clean and charming. the grounds and gardens around Evanslea are well manicured and inviting for you, your family or your pet to just stroll around in and picnic in even. Your essentially located on the main street of Mudgee with about a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre, with cafes and a few restaurants around. Lots of good pubs as well. Evanslea also has a swimming pool which kept us cool after a day in the own and the surrounding wineries. Really I can say there is anything wrong at all with Evanslea and Stacey the host...5/5.

This is our second time here at Evanslea.Our host Stacey was so hospitable. She makes us feel welcome and always asked if we require anything.The cottages are so clean and cosy especially in the colder months with the fireplace crackling.Do your self a favour and book yourself a weekend away.

What a weekend!From the day we showed up to the day we left we where surrounded by amazing facilities, services and hospitality. Stacey was absolutely amazing, her assistant throughout the stay was remarkable. She made our holiday so easy, relaxed and fun. I could not recommend this place more. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here, a lovely quiet spot . The gardens and surrounds are beautiful and the bird life is truly representative.The Gardeners cottage was impeccable, all on one level. The eggs and bacon and loaf of bread made a perfect breakfast.

This accomodation is stunning, amazing and the perfect spot for any occasion! Beyond this, Stacey is the most incredible host, ensuring all guests are well looked after. She is lovely, kind and so welcoming. The photos do not do justice to the amazing experience at Evanslea!

The host, Stacey, is most welcoming and friendly. She is generous with her hospitality and has helpful local recommendations. The grounds are beautiful and the loft room was quaint and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks Stacey!

I can honestly not say enough good things about Stacey. We just had the entire property for our wedding party and family and I could not fault a single thing. The service was amazing Stacey was there to greet us and get us settled in and even had bacon and eggs in the fridge for us to have on the morning of our wedding. Nothing was ever to much for Stacey to do and she thought of everything. We will definitely be back and I can not recommend evanslea enough.

THE PERFECT PROPOSAL! My girlfriend (now fiancée) and I were planning a trip to Mudgee where I had secretly wanted to propose to my girlfriend. We had booked into Evanslea and the planning began. Unfortunately we had a change of plans at the time and the team at Evanslea were so happy to rearrange things for my partner and I so that we were better suited. The location was so close to the CBD of Mudgee that we were actually able to walk into town on a night without the worries of driving. Evanslea is an absolutely beautiful garden resort with out of this world cottages. The room was clean and ready for us. Stacey had actually taken time to stock the fridge up for us so that we had brekky available on a morning. Stacey who I dealt with, knew I wanted to propose to my partner and helped me with this all the way. I was able to set up a beautiful private picnic complete with a bottle of wine, hamper, flowers and a collection of cushions. Stacey had hand picked an amazing photographer as requested by me. Stacey arranged for all this to be set up whilst my partner and I enjoyed the wineries of Mudgee ( Stacey also organised this for us). For any guys ready to propose look no further than Evanslea. It was more than perfect… my fiancée as a result is extremely happy. As they say happy wife happy life.
