Very nice pharmacist and staff. Still get a $1 off if you have concession card and don’t have to wait long time for scripts. Will be using this pharmacy from now as such a pleasant place to shop.

Terry White Chemist Mirrabooka Square organised important medication for me ahead of normal delivery times, absolutely fantastic service I highly recommend Terry WhiteChemist Mirrabooka Square.

I called up for the vaccine the staff fully explained what vaccines are available for booster and first two doses. She said it will be faster if I just come in then booking through website. Sure enough it was fast and the pharmacist explained to me what potential problem with my second dose.

I was going to this Pharmacy for almost 20 years way before it was called Greg’s Chemist, but lately the female pharmacist Jaqueline De Souza, charged me $5 per script extra because she dispensed a brand that I do not use and had to swap to the brand that I am using. Why she gave me a different brand when they had in it stock the brand I am using, only she know. It shows in the prescription. I am very sensitive to change in another brand, one time I accepted the alternative brand, I had to put up with a headache for two weeks every time I took it, so from then on I do not want changing brands. And the pharmacy assistant was raising her voice when I asked what the surcharged was for, she just kept saying there is a surcharged. So, beware when you go to this chemist to fill your scripts. Darren is nice.

Just walked in and requested the flu vaccine...Yang Peng was immediately ready and within 15 minutes I had both flu and hooping cough vaccinations and was on my way.

I have been going to Terry Whites Mirrabooka for many years. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we knew each other. It was a 5 star place. Recently there has been a complete change of staff. Though they seem friendly enough, my husband's prescriptions have been dispensed wrong twice in the past 2 weeks. Last week he was given another medication than what he asked for, not another brand but a completely different medication. This week he went in for another medication and they tried to dispense 2. We are elderly and able to work it out but it could happen to someone who has not got ability This week when I went to pick up another prescription, they told me that I had not got one,( they keep them on file). When I insisted that I had taken new ones in a few weeks before they finally found them in a miscellaneous file. Not good enough

I was in this chemist on Thursday and I was approached by this lovely lady that asked if I needed some help. I was looking for a good multivitamin. She was amazing, guiding me though my needs, with kindness and understanding. Her knowledge was amazing, she asked all the right questions and made me feel comfortable. It's nice to be heard and cared for. Grace, you areamazing, thank you so much for your advice and your professionalism. Definitely coming back.

Went to Terry White Mirrabooka, gorgeous girl brown hair in a bun helped me with some shoes. Didn't get her name but thankyou so much, her service and smile was wonderful. Im an elderly lady and she was the only lady who came to help me, Im a regular customer and hope to get her name next time.

Friendly staff. Dr was knowledgeable and the service was fast and friendly when I had a immunisation.
