The staff was very disorganized and asked more than three times in a row, saying that other staff were preparing the meal, and it was more than 15 minutes after the pick-up time. It was not until I seriously explained to them that the customer waited too long that they actually started preparing the meal. I'm still waiting for nearly 20 minutes after I finished commenting，Not busy，but lack of management training, the staff seem to have no energy, feel like they are dying，always happened here...

Absolutely terrible service here the worst KFC I've ever come across..chips were soggy with heaps of salt, Burger was sloppy and customer service was extremely slow and abrupt.

Don't waste your money. Ordered a family feast asked for 3 original & 12 hot & spicy. Got home ALL original & out of 15 peices 6 were wings. Pretty sure that's not right. Rang & no on answers phone for complaints.

I was on my way home from work and thought I should treat me and my boss to some food. Went through the drive through and was greeted straight away at the speaker box by a kind lady. I got to the window to pay where I was met by a young gentleman with a kind smile who had great customer service. As I arrived at the second window I found a lovely young lady waiting patiently to hand me my food and even included serviettes and napkins on the bag with out having to even ask. I highly Recommend this kfc and will definitely be returning.

Always super fast with my walk-in orders - less than 15 mins! Thank you for your wonderful customer serviceAnd to all the complainers- stop expecting 30 second service during peak hour. The drive thru is called that for a reason. And just because there aren't people inside doesn't mean they don't have orders coming in (online orders)

KFC had stopped to train their staff to provide proper customer service. Almost every time I went I never got what I ask for. You want original they give you hot and spicy, you want thigh? They give your breast. Oh cutlery, who needs that ? Don’t expect that unless you yell at them. Being the least healthy fast food, I’d like them to survive, but I think the end may not be too far if they don’t change the way they run.

Straight up disgusting, nothing was clean even tho it wasn’t busy as a fast food worker I am enraged. Employees had AirPods in and no manager in sight. Attitude was absolutely outrageous you could hear them bickering about not wanting to serve us like shut up and so your job mate seriously. All they were chatting about was drugs and party’s and the food was horrible, burger was sloppy and lazily made chips didn’t have extra salt like I asked for and gravy was burnt tasted and smelt rancid straight burnt plastic… I highly DO NOT recommend this dump.. please get better employees.

Not the first time I’ve been disappointed at this particular KFC. It’s very hit and miss and in future I will not be chancing it and will head to the Morley store instead.Chips were undercooked, soggy and not salted well enough.The chicken tenders I got were soggy and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while.After seeing all the other negative reviews that are similar to mine, I’m surprised nothing has been done to rectify the issues. How hard can’t it be? Do we need Gordan Ramsay to come down and do an episode?

I don't normally review takeaway places because well, it's takeaway. But wow. Firstly the menu is broken and you can hardly even read the side that is showing any display, no signage to say the first windows is not monitored, I was given no cutlery to eat my salad and to top it off..... it was half frozen. Beyond terrible!

Never a good sign when you can hear 1 female worker screeching and talking over everyone.The way she speaks to the staff is nothing short of poor skills and attitudeNot to mention it took over 20 min to get an order complete,
