Do yourself a favor and order parts online. Would not recommend to anyone. Overpriced, inefficient and in general very poor service. Just an example still have not received my parts after 3 months, ended up buying them again from Sydney and arrived within 2 weeks.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Walked in and waited for over ten mins while the bloke attended a woman at the front counter. There was a line beginning to form behind me. The lady that was being served wasn’t too sure what she wanted so she decided to call her husband to get clarification (turned out to be some sort of Y piece). Instead of letting her talk to her husband and serve the people that were obviously growing impatient, he waited. Without serving us. Just an absolute joke. I had a simple question that could have been answered within 5 seconds. I ended up leaving out of frustration.I do not recommend them and I will not be back.

Could not rate highly enough. HWS in van failed rang am and all fixed with new unit 3 hrs later. Great service from pleasant staff and excellent price. Many thanks.

Good selection and the customer service we experienced was lovely by one of the gentleman who worked there. He helped us fit my daughter Kaitlyn for her very first life jacket and made the experience a good one for her as she can be very shy with strangers.

I know It's my own fault for not checking online before I paid $50 for a Dometic awning pull down strap. I expected paying a bit more in Port Hedland but when I looked online I felt a bit sick that I had parted with $50 for something I could have delivered to PH for as little as $20 for a generic or $35 for the genuine item which included postage. I understand businesses have overheads but in fairness the $35 genuine item was coming from a caravan supplier on the east coast. I don't think online, Ebay etc are a businesses worst enemy, maybe it's themselves.t might be

How pathetic we went to to purchase same catches for our caravan and they refused to sell them to us as say they need to keep their. Supplies...mm.so what do new age owners do if can not buy from a dealer???.Strange their reply below, that is not what was said. You advised had them, you have new vans there are already fitted out. .I have contacted New Age Office regarding this issue as we have never not been able to buy spares from new age dealers before and in saying that even other caravan brand dealers.
