Update to review.Owner Martin contacted me after reading my review and seeing pictures. Offered to correct the install and give the system a service free of charge even after 2-3 years. Any company owner willing to fix an issue when they find out deserve respect, it's how we wish all businesses operate!If they will have me as a customer will use their services in the future.Original reviewPaid top dollar $2500 for a tiny Daiken Air Conditioner unit with a long 7 meter run. (Other quotes for system $1200-1700 installed) Only wanted the best from a local supplier and prepared to pay a lot more for that service and support.Had issues with another installer for bigger system who didn't care system was unreliable from new. (leaked gas very slowly 6 months required refill)Pelican employee came inspected the site personally and then installers came and installed the system on time and did a great job (actually really impressed on his job), The installer showed me he had installed a water drain and was secured with gaff tape, said this was obviously not what he wanted to do.Contacted Pelican about issue. Was informed that a subcontracted had been used for the install and that the actual correct connection costs an extra $200.Pelican employee had quoted the full install.Have waited a year so my warranty is up to write this comment. Still after a year feel let down by Pelican and the poor customer service / denial of responsibility after paying way over cost for install..

Thank you Pelican for your awesome service after our aircon was “knocked out” by the recent storms in Sydney. Pelican came out the following day, were on time, polite and very professional.Will be calling again for our regular aircon maintenance.

My old AC unit needed replacing after 25 years of reliable service.Martin gave us great advice regarding the best unit suitable for our house.His team removed the old unit and installed the new AC system.The servicemen arrived on time and the job was completed without a problem,the installiation area inside and out was left spotless.It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional and reliable company.I would not hesitate to recommend their services.Thanks Guys.

These guys are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They were polite, on time, clean and they know air conditioning. We had a tricky job and Pelican air conditioning they took a great deal of care to find a solution, implement it and all for a very reasonable price. Where other air con people came to quote and said it could not be done, Pelican came and found a solution. I wouldn’t use anybody else. A big thank you to the team especially Paul and Robert.

I’m pleased I chose these guys to do our ducted air conditioning. I’m on the lower Nth Shore so they aren’t my local but from the sales call through to installation I found them to be courteous, professional and genuine. They did an honest and thorough assessment of the job and were meticulous during installation. You can see why they’ve been in business 33 years. Great to see a company that takes care of its customers and are respectful of your home. Particularly impressed with Rob who was the foreman on the day and came back a day later to make sure everything was running well. I was so happy with them I got them to service my parents place. I’m so very happy with this company. We had organized a repair of our air conditioning unit with another company who had promised to get it done before Christmas however, they let us down just days before the shut down period. I put in a call to Pelican Air without any real hope of them being able to help us due to the extreme short notice, but they were able to order in the part and have it all done just two days after I called. The office staff and repairmen were very friendly and professional. Another unexpected bonus, was they were actually cheaper than the other company! Highly recommend them.
