I have been seeing Juanita for about a year now, simply amazing. As a nutritionist she has shown me so many simple and easy things I can change without effecting my tastebuds. As a personal trainer she is attentive to all of my aches and pains from a life of misuse. I have used quite a few trainers before - explaining to each about my many ailments - they all so “no worries I’ll sort you out”. Not one has come close to supporting me like Juanita.I am confident to recommend her to anyone with the full knowledge that she will give amazing support and results.

I started my fitness journey with Juanita at 40. The 8 years since have contained constantly challenging & changing group sessions with great fun & banter. I’ve been able to maintain a great level of fitness through my forties which has led me to Tough Mudder, a marathon, the Kokoda Track & a late footy comeback. I’m fitter & healthier now than 20 years ago!Juanita’s drive to improve people’s lives is infectious. Extremely highly recommended.

Juanita Sanger is an amazing trainer! I can’t tell you how much she has changed my life. She took a person who didn’t want to really exercise and turned me into 6 sessions a week with her and walking everyday! I can’t get enough of the atmosphere and safe space she has created with her studio! She truly is one of a kind and so is her studio!

Meeting Juanita for the first time, I was struck by her bright energy and her friendly smile. I had several kilos to shift after double knee surgery, so I started the nutritional program about 2 months ago and have lost 6 kilos so far. It's been really easy, I feel great, and I'm never hungry. I've also started the gym classes with Juanita now and she tailors those to my abilities, so I'm getting fitter each week too. One thing that impresses me the most is how invested she is in her clients' success, and in the first couple of weeks she called me a few times, just to check how I was going and making sure I was on the right track.
