Excellent staff, they were super helpful and friendly. I went in knowing roughly what I needed, and the staff were easily able to fill in the blanks and get me the right gear. Absolutely top notch service. Various payment options ie zippay was available.

Excellent staff and customer service. Ordered an Akubra online for delivery to Sydney. Unfortunately, Australia Post returned the parcel to sender as they did not read the address properly (which had been written correctly by Hiscocks). Contacted the lovely staff at Hiscocks, explained the situation and they offered to resend the parcel, making the address abundantly clear on the packaging. It arrived in great condition within a few days, which was a fast turnaround! Thank you team!
