My wife and I recently went through a process to acquire two investment properties in SE Queensland through Vlad & Jade @ Equity Wealth Group. We live in Sydney hence our brief was for a hands off process to purchase good quality / ready-to-rent / set-and-forget properties.Upon meeting and defining our brief, Vlad recommended against units and for houses, a very good advice in hindsight. Very quickly after agreeing the brief, Vlad advised most suitable suburbs for the budget and brief. We then moved on to property selection and quickly found highly suitable products which we managed to put successful bids on. The full process took less than two months, stress free and we are very happy with the two properties, currently tenanted.We also received good advice regarding various advisers (excellent lawyers, top notch pest & building inspector that saved us good $, good property manager). Vlad and Jade are well connected in the area and will provide further value through these contacts.Overall, very satisfied with the full process from defining and refining the brief to sourcing the properties, negotiating and settling. Time will tell but feeling that we invested in much better 'products' than we could have ever done just by ourselves and quite confident on value derived from working with Vlad and Jade. My wife and I wanted to purchase a property for our SMSF in Brisbane, but being from Sydney we had no idea where to start. We were lucky enough to have a Buyer’s Agent in Sydney recommend Vlad to us. Vlad made the process of purchasing interstate very smooth, by preparing a clear brief based on our preferences including list of suitable suburbs. Once the brief was signed off, Vlad started finding us a number of properties to consider each week and provided videos walking through the properties along with other reports and the estimated property value and rent. Not only did it make us feel like we were actually inspecting the properties ourselves, it was better, as Vlad was able to highlight the good and bad features of the property based on his detailed knowledge of property and the Brisbane market.Vlad had an excellent understanding of the market pricing and rental expectations, as most of the properties recommended to us ended up selling close to his guides. We were fortunate enough to pick up a property within a couple months from when we started and the rental yield ended up being much higher than we were hoping for. Vlad was there for the entire journey answering all of our questions and guiding us along the way. He was able to provide good contacts for the local area, especially the Property Managers who I cannot fault.I will certainly be reaching out to Vlad again, if we look at purchasing any future properties in SE Queensland.
