I referred my insurance claim to Tomtom and it turns out it’s a good choice. Their staff are easy to communicate with and they are also very efficient in terms of repairing and corresponding. Compared with my previous experience dealing with the insurance company’s repairer, I found Tomtom much more efficient.

I used to bring my cars for smash repairs to this shop and they did a good job. Their staff are very friendly and I always had good experience with them, but now they’re too busy with insurance jobs, and no time for me. They’re making a lot of money now haha. Good on you DY!

It is my most trusted Auto Repair shop and has taken great care of both of my family's cars for 4 years since it opened its door for the first time in 2012. They do quality work in a timely manner and treat you fairly. That's the kind of service you don't get often anymore. The owner Tom was very friendly and very helpful, shows there is a true passion for the business. As they are always busy, I would recommend you to book an appointment first before just going down though to avoid the waiting time.
