Elite Air Climate Control

I just had my our office fitted out by Elite Air. Their service from the initial phone call was outstanding. Evan was very thorough and informative and provided me with the most effective solution for my air con and ventilation needs.His team were punctual and professional on the day of the install. overall i was quite impressed with the way Elite Air handled the project from start to finish. Other Air con companies out their that i had spoken to earlier could really take a leaf out their book. Simply outstanding and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Air con and ventilation solutions.

The whole experience from start to finish was really great. George was very patient, took the time to answer our questions and talk us through the options for replacing our old ducted system.Joel and his installation team were very professional and organised on the day, and cleaned up afterwards.The whole team were clearly experienced and knowledgeable with this type of project.I'm really glad we found Elite, and would happily use them again in the future.

From the moment I spoke to Evan I knew I was in trustworthy hands. He was so helpful. He advised me on gas underfloor heating. When it came to installation of the heater , the boys were so wonderful. They were friendly and respectful of my home. They cleaned up after they had finished. I would recommend them every time.

The team at Elite Air did a great job in installing my ducted aircon through my home. George did a great job of looking after me and then the installation team also did a great job in installing and cleaning up. George was so professional and very patient with my many questions before the install. When he came for the initial quote I was really impressed with the care he took to explain things and didn't rush through the quote. His approach was the reason I chose to go with this company as I had confidence that a quality job would be done.Mitch the installer was also fantastic and had a thorough approach as well. He was more than happy to answer my questions and take care with the detail. He even noticed that the cover for the pipes outside was slightly a different colour to the existing downpipes and investigated whether there was a better option.I would not hesitate to go with this company again.

Elite Air were a pleasure to deal with.I had been trying for months to get someone to come and quote my apartment for two split systems. Most never replied and one who replied never turned up. The only company before Elite that did turn up, said a unit could not be installed in my lounge so I never went ahead with the bedroom unit.I decided to try again (during the cold snap) and was referred to Elite by another operator who had good reviews. George came out 2 days later and was great to deal with. He said one could be put in my lounge as well!After a bit of a delay in providing the quote and documentation, I was able to get Strata approval and have the units installed 4 days later. Installation went off without a hitch and the guys who did the job were great to deal with and had the job done by mid afternoon.Definitely recommend them, price wise not sure how cheap they are as I was never able to get a quote elsewhere for the full job.

Elite was recommended to me by a number of people on Willoughby Living to install air conditioning and now I know why. Evan met with me and was proactive in providing a number of solutions that I wasn't expecting that better met my needs. I had the best service I've had in a long time. The team that came were courteous, clean and quick. When an accident happened they were very apologetic and repaired the issue without me having to ask and it looks like new. They were not the cheapest but were the best value. I highly recommend Elite and will now use them for electrical needs for the future.

The team at Elite are very professional and their standard of work is excellent. Evan and his trusted crew supplied and installed a top of the line Actron ducted system into my house that i recently finished building. They completed the work to a very high standard and their pricing was very competitive. The team from Elite were great to deal with from start to finish. We had a switch board upgrade and 2 aircon units install and the guys worked hard, and delivered great service and value for money. Would definitely recommend them.

Good service from Evan and his team. They came when the said they would, gave a comprehensive quote and followed up. Many other quotes we got were never completed by the Air Cond supplier. Elite staff were tidy and took care with the installation, which required some problem- solving for our particular place. Evan followed up with some post installation calls which helped us get the hang of the controls. Definitely get a quote from Elite and factor in reliability and technical knowledge which they have.
