The staff member Fatima at Liverpool price attack has an amazing customer service, face to face and over the phone communication, she will do her utmost to deliver the best products with all honesty. Every time I call, her beautiful approach makes my day, makes me want to buy everyday. I will never step foot anywhere else, you will never find a staff member like her. Came in without an appointment and the lovely staff were happy to accommodate me. I got a haircut from Kacey. She is patient and thorough, and the consultation process was easy and ongoing through my cut as she was understanding and happy to make changes as needed. Thank you again for taking your time, and taking on the challenge with my weird hair cut request!

Went to go buy products off the shelf and when I tried getting an item for myself and another person who needed help, the rude assistant pulled it from me asking what I wanted and when I said well that one you grabbed off me, she said she is in charge of getting things. Could not believe the power trip this person had. I walked out and went and spent $90 at Hairhouse where 2 beautiful sweet girls helped me get what I needed. Can't believe Price Attack would hire such an ignorant and rude lady as staff. Will never go there again

I don't usually leave reviews but the service here was very good. I came in yesterday with my daughter to get her a hair cut and some new conditioner for her hair, my daughter received the princess experience by the 2 girls and we left very happy.

Thankyou for all the advice and tips/tricks. I haven't had a chance to pop back in but after letting the purple shampoo sit in my hair for about 10 mins it's gone brighter. Thankyou for being so easy and kind!

Came in to buy a birthday present for my mother in law, I was greeted by a charming lady named Fatima on arrival and she started asking questions about my mother in laws age and hair in order to find the right products for her, she was very knowledgeable and recommended products I had researched prior so I was confident she knew her stuff, and was so lovely and patient the whole process. Thank you Fatima, I will be back!
