Camera House - Helensvale

I phoned Camera House Helensvale to check availability of a Godox TT685II N Flash for my Nikon camera. I spoke to Steve who said they did not have that particular flash but they did have a slightly more higher end unit in stock (Godox V350N) that was about $40.00 more expensive.I asked Steve if he could show me how to operate it. He was reluctant at first telling me that other people have been in and didn't end up purchasing. I reassured him that I was going to buy the unit. We drove down, purchased the Flash unit AND a small carry case and cleaning products for my camera. I spent a considerable amount and after purchasing I asked Steve if he could show me how to drive the flash. At this point Steve said no, plenty of tutorials on YouTube, then told me he was too busy and walked off out back of store. Too busy? We were the ONLY customers in the store. Thanks for being a typical salesperson Steve. Customer service still goes a long way in my books and you just dragged yourself and Camera House Helensvale to the bottom of my list. I would NOT recommend this store in a fit.

Had the best service from Janine today, she went above and beyond to help my mother and I with our photos and even went out of her way to put our photos in frames for us too. Thank you very much to Janine and the team at camera house.

Been looking everywhere, even online for a cheaper original battery for our camera and we found one in here. The holster bag we got was perfect for what we needed. Just right for our camera and we got it at a discount.

Terrible service and disgraceful attitudes from staff. Was accused of lying when I had the Nikon Sales Rep on the phone as the staff would not accept my faulty camera back! Had to come back 3 x as staff continuously stated they did not believe my story or the emails from Nikon (claimed I made up story and Nikon email).
