I had to do a rush job and get table cloths done for my club. I decided to try Vivid Ads because of their production time, location, competitive pricing and number of reviews and they did not disappoint! I had some issues with my proof (my own error) and customer service were extremely helpful with supporting me to ensure that I met the cut off time. Table cloths were done in the 24 hours and I was able to pick them up earlier than I expected. The quality was so good , printing came out great, and most importantly everyone at my club were so impressed and it immediately made our event look more professional. We have ordered twice from Vivid and have had great experiences both times. This week I had a very last minute order, and they were incredible. I dealt with Bills who I emailed with back and forth and spoke to on the phone to get my order sorted out. He was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to ensure the order was perfect. The final proof was approved on Wed night and was ready to pick up on Fri morning. Amazing service, and great quality products.

Vivid Ads have very poor communication and missed promised deadlines. When we raised we wanted a refund, Vivid Ads advised contradicting terms, (i.e. first it was the item will be produced 24 hours after payment confirmation, then they stated 24 hours from the day after payment confirmation).When calling their support line, we were kept on hold for periods over 30 minutes and then hung up on. On another occasion we were told everyone was out to lunch and we can expect a call back (which they didn't do). In the end, the item was delivered over week after it was required.We couldn't be more disappointed and would not recommend this business to others.
