Don't waste your time, horrible service

$4400.00 ripoffI Received a quote for a pair of phonak P90 hearing aids $10,400.00 from neurosensory clinic, then decided to shop around, and found them for $4400.00 cheaper at Hidden Hearing Southport.WHAT A RIPOFF, they should be ashamed, most of their clients are elderly and on the pension.I’m Still waiting for you to get back to me. If you look at your records I sent you my quote from Hidden Hearing, asking if you could match it, if you need proof.

Tried to get assistance for faulty hearing aids and obtain batteries on a trading day over Xmas New Year …web page indicated offices open. Went to both Gold Coast Private Hospital and Benowa offices. Both locked up in darkness. Pathetic client/patient care when services locked down for extended period contrary to web information. Clearly a Head Office issue. Transferring to Amplifon who provide patient/client care up to 9pm weekdays and 2pm saturdays. A block email to all clients re closure would have been so simple…it’s NOT rocket science

I can't speak highly enough of nurosensory unit. I've had hearing aids for 14 years now (from age 32). Many audiologists in Australia are not very nice to deal with as it tends to be a real retail industry" but nurosensory are a professional medical solution for the hearing impaired

My partner Brenda has been going here for years. The staff here at Reception are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them to sort your hearing aid problem out. Highly recommended.

I have been a client of various Neurosensory sites for over ten years. They initially were fantastic however over the last few years this has declined. I'm over it completely just told that even though I had an appointment to trial new hearing aides that were pitched to me at my last appointment, that none were available (don't' know why they could contact me prior to the appointment). The only way to get the Christmas discount that they kept selling to me at the last appointment was to prepay the cost of almost $10 000 and if I didn't like them I could get a refund. One the way out I asked for some batteries and accessories which are included in the yearly fee I had paid last month. Well it was like I was a kid asking for free lollies in a candy shop. Only got a small amount of each, they blamed Christmas but with them they always have an excuse, I'm over it. From the reviews I've read this may actually save me some money. So sad to see a great company get to big.
