Poor service and rude staff. My mother brought a top from here that was too small, she then went back and aksed to return it for a bigger size or store credit...unfortunately the lady was beyond rude and said no refund allowed" absolutely ridiculous considering it was a $40 top!! Pick up your game

No Refund" store policy is so outdated. If the clothes don't fit properly or are uncomfortable then you should provide a refund. We don't want a "store credit". If there was something else we liked we'd gladly exchange it

A nice smile and a thank you at the end would have made my experience much better. Both the manager and staff member were grumpy the day I was there and made it obvious. Very disappointing.
