Absolutely appalling customer service. Brought my kids in with me in the school holidays to purchase some scooters. The dark haired man at the counter was rude and very dismissive. He spoke to the children in a particularly rude manner. No child should ever have to experience communication like that. My 6 year old even said as we drove away that man was a very rude person". I cannot fault the service at Glidez. After having my tyre constantly go flat immediately after a puncture repair /tube and tyre replacement at a local bike shop, in desperation, I tried Glidez. Glidez listened and didn't dismiss me when I said I think there is more going on. They started by replacing the tube but it went flat so a thorough investigation by them found the underlying problem, a $5 fix. For the first time in 12 months, I finally have a tyre that stays inflated. Highly recommended.

Repeat customer since about the time the store first opened nearly a year ago after being referred to them by Voltrium Scooters (Melbourne). (Upgrading my old 1300w electric scooter from another scooter shop with better quality/value Voltrium parts.)I had a little bit of a bumpy start with SFE when they first opened shop but now they have a new technician I always have received trustworthy advice, reasonable prices, and lightning fast service.I've been to other Sydney scooter shops and SFE are the best.Highly recommended, I travel all the way from Sydney and it is always a positive experience.

Bought 3 scooters here totaling nearly 2.5k on an impulse - wish id googled/shopped around - 2 of the scooters were charged at around double the price they are available for elsewhere (identical model and versions)..... avoid this place or feel it in your pocket later!.

I would never deal with this company again. Last thursday I called and enquired about getting two of my escooters rear tyres repaired. I asked when was a good day to visit - as I lived nearly an hour away. I was told tomorrow was perfect as the escooter repair guy was in all day.I arrived at about 9:10am and was told the repair guy was running late but should be there around 10am. I left my scooters and my mobile number with the lady at the counter and told her I would roam around Wyong waiting for hear from her.At about 11:25am I went back into the store to see how things were going and I was told the repair guy was a no show and that they hadn't been able to get him on the phone and that 'there was nothing they could do'. I can tell you this - The least she could have done was to let me know he didnt arrive at 10am like he said - I could have picked up my scooters then.A complete waste of over half a day and 20 bucks in fuel. I wont be wasting my time travelling to get to this place again.

Excellent service there knowledge is second to none, ordred a 2,299 moskow plus, ordered it Friday was in the shop the following, Thursday morning, so yer what they said they followed thru beautiful, definitely recommend to my friends and fellow bike riders, keep up the good work.... Never walked into a shop made tthat made me feel so worthless, it was such hard work to get the sales assistant to do anything for me. All I needed was to check on the availabilty of a handful of road bikes I was interested in. Wouldn't help me work out my size. Felt totally demoralised as I left the shop.
