Battle Lashes

The new ladies that run this salon are outstanding! They are the best lashes I have EVER had! My lash tech is so gentle, I just fall asleep. I have been going here for years but the staff turn over was always a bit tricky, sometimes I had nice lashes and other times not so great. I’m so glad I persevered. I really hope they don’t leave. As long as they are there I will be. Just rebooked for the next couple of months because as soon as people see how good they are, I know they will book out fast! X

The ladies who own and work for this business are the kind of people you can tell won’t settle for mediocre and consistently improve and update their processes, services and education to ensure they’re always providing top notch service. Kate is the best nail tech I have ever seen and always does an amazing job she is lovely too and its always a pleasure to get my nails done by her! Would recommend to everyone.

I got light Russian volume lashes and they are perfect. Was relaxing and quality. No excess glue like some other places I have been. Would recommend

they just change the business name, used called battle lush. I just deleted the photo and the conversation. do you need I repost? Don't reply me like I post lair words and make the other people believe, this was so bad. I keep every record.This is the worst eyelashes extension I've ever had before. It dropped very quickly after back home. After free rectify, it still dropped quickly. Also bought the eyelash wash product from their shop. In this store cost me $206, the lashes extension like disposable. Also, I gave my last lash technicians contact to them, they said they have not had the same issues before, seriously I haven't got the worst service before. Won't go to this shop anymore. Thanks for your time to write many long txt replies, and try to find the solution. These were all my feelings and experience in the BL.

A friend recommended this salon to have my eye lashes done for the first time in December 2021. Alex was very professional and explained the procedure well. I only wanted very discrete extensions and I was extremely happy with the result. I also had my nails done by Kate who was very talkative about her fascinating life in Vietnam and Australia and, again, I was extremely happy with the result at this first appointment.My second visit was a different experience altogether. Very happy again with my lashes - great 5 ⭐️ work- but Kate was not in a friendly mood at all. When I mentioned she was not as friendly as last time she became defensive and gruff - not at all concerned about my feelings, only her own: Not very professional! I would have understood completely if she had at least said - ‘sorry - I’m not feeling talkative today’. I was not as happy with my nails this time either - especially the left middle finger but could not wait to have it over and done. I had the distinct feeling she was eager to finish as well. Very strange! Nails - 3 ⭐️.

I had a lash appointment here about 2 months ago now. When booking the appointment I had to pay a 50% deposit which would be taken off my total amount at the time of my appointment, which is completely standard! However when it came time to pay for the services the lash tech said that I was required to pay the FULL amount despite already paying a 50% deposit. When I questioned this she said that the deposit just stays on my account to go towards the next booking?? At the time I was in a bit of a rush so I just said ok and paid. After re-reading the T&Cs and confirmation that it did infact say the deposit would go towards my appointment I messaged their instagram account to let them know what had happened. They immediately came back and apologised and offered to refund the full service amount. Days went by and I never received the refund, I followed up with my bank and nothing was pending so I then followed up with the business and was told it had been processed. Another month went by, still no refund! I followed up yet again and was told that they’re investigating with their booking company and they asked for screenshots of my statements ect, which I provided and have been left on read since the 27th of JUNE it is now the 20th of JULY. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS they will act like they’re working towards a resolution and to absolutely nothing to help. Will be processing a dispute with the bank now as they are unable to figure it out.
