Comfortable, clean and convenient. The queen room fit the travel cot and had enough room for a toddler to run around a bit. Electric blankets and good heating. Hairdryer and ironing board are helpful. Worth staying.

There was an issue with the lock for our room. When we approached staff, they told us they're aware and just to keep slamming the doorWe were lucky we went to the same event as the people in the neighbouring unit, as we were able to apologise for the commotion it created.The room seemed clean. Seemed.We went to get the extra blanket from the cupboard and were very fast to put it back. It had a cigarette burn through hole, and white crusty stains.EW.In the morning, we were disgusted to discover that the blanket we slept with also had crusty white stains on it!!EWWWW!!Then as we left we noticed a yellow splatter on the wall of unknown origin.We won't be back

Rooms are clean and air con works a treat. Only complaint is fridge is small. On the other hand, internet works well and there is a huge wall mounted television to enjoy.

The real reviews are in 2 star reviews.DO NOT STAY HERE.Heater split system does not heat (brand new)Water pressure was disgraceful.Owner has now overcharged me and will not refund the over charge.Owner was very rude.

Arrived late room was exceptional in that hot showers bigger thanexpected room bed awesome quality would definately stay again worth the asked rate in our travel budget
