I took a visit to this place yesterday and the place was beautiful very nice with pretty decorations everywhere! I couldn’t wait till I tried the food. We wanted to try their fancy bubble bath drinks, we got it and thought it was pretty cool although when my partner was slurping he thought he slurped whipped cream… he spat it out to find this. A dead bug Things happen but this was very unpleasant and disgustingI’m sure you’d know if it was in the cup to start with unless you’re doing it with your eyes closed. It really is a turn off

Would definitely recommend this beautiful spot! We planned a last min surprise engagement brunch for my sister here, to celebrate with her friends and family after getting engaged :) The staff were super helpful in the lead-up, and helped contribute to making it special on the day with lots of thoughtful touches. Perfect location and gorgeous food, would go back!

Japanese Fusion restaurant and the most Instagramable CafeThis cafe has to be the most nicely decorated cafe in Sydney. The attention to detail and the decorations are just stunning. Topped off with some of the prettiest food and drinks that only look good - they taste good. This place is right up my alley with the emphasis on Japanese ingredients. The Mentaiko fried rice was delicious and bursting with quality ingredients such as clams and prawns.I really enjoyed the lamb cutlets which were really nicely prepared. The potatoes here are amazing. I honestly could eat a whole plate of them. The confit salmon again - nicely prepared. The salmon fell apart and all the sides were delicious. They also do a bottomless brunch here which I’m sure would be super cute based on what I had on my visit.

This has to be Sydney’s prettiest cafes. Perfect for a girls catch up, special brunch, or a teen birthday party brunch. Plenty of Insta photo opportunities. Food was delicious and so perfectly presented. Staff was friendly. Really enjoyed this pretty cafe.

A very instagrammable cafe. Their dishes are all very pretty and aesthetic, matching its interior and exterior too! Lots of cute decorations around perfect for taking photos. All the food was very filling and quite good. My favourite savoury dish would be the unagi noodles. Pancakes was quite good. Lattes were all great!I would mostly go for the aesthetics rather than the quality of food (was okay!) Great customer service though

This is my second time visit.. menus has got changed to March 2022 visit but still good..The atmosphere is amazingly beautiful and the staff were very friendly..Look, the price of the food is a bit higher than usual, but you pay what you get for location, food presentation, quality, you won't regret it.. 100% recommends

I recently visited Social Hideout in Sydney to try out their brunch menu. While the food was okay, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The prices were quite expensive compared to other cafes in the area, and the service was not up to par.Firstly, the service was slow and the staff seemed disinterested in our table. We had to ask for water multiple times and our food took longer than expected to arrive. When the food did arrive, it was okay but nothing to write home about. I tried the avocado smash which was fairly average and lacking in flavor.Additionally, the prices were quite high for the quality of food and service we received. I understand that brunch places can be quite pricey, but Social Hideout's prices seemed unreasonable for what we received.Overall, I would rate my experience at Social Hideout 2/5 stars. While the food was decent, the slow service and high prices left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend it to others and would suggest trying other cafes in the area instead.

Cute & aesthetic cafe with mainly sweet options. We ordered 2 savoury dishes and was very tasty, unfortunately my pita bread was quite stale and hard. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience!

The prices are higher than average however you will definitely get full with the avocado smash toast and French toast which were really big. The French toast was full of chocolate so it’s quite sweet. They don’t have that much vegetarian or halal option for breakfast. Overall the place has a good vibe.
