Sugared + Bronzed

I’ve been going to Sugared and Bronzed for waxing for a few months and highly recommend this service. Bella is excellent, experienced and has great interpersonal skills so makes me feel like a regularly even though I don’t come that regularly. Thanks!

I highly recommend, amazing experience. Anita is an experienced consultant, caring and the premises was spotless this is my second time, have recommend friends to go.Have booked in again next month. I have tried other places and this tops them all.Well done!

*WARNING* I had my brows tattooed by Bella & left the salon feeling as though a 3yr old had drawn them on....Bella does not map the area to be tattooed & does it by freehand (without any artistic skill) The numbing gel was not applied correctly so was ineffective & the microblading painful.Bella tinted my brows one day & tattooed them the following day,if she were suitably qualified Bella should know more than 24hrs is required between the 2 treatments. When I spoke to Bella after my brows had healed & expressed I was dissatisfied with them, she rudely kept insisting 'they look really natural' ,when I disagreed with Bella & asked what could we do to fix them, her only solution was more ink when I responded no to anymore tattooing her response was to walk away in a huff saying 'WHATEVER' . Its clear Bella is not about customer satisfaction .A very expensive lesson for me to correct Bella's mess!!!I would not recommend your salon or employ your services again if you paid me !!!

Recently had my brows done happy so far but have to have them touched up in a couple of weeks .Bella is lovely and very efficient.

I booked last minute online but it was pretty clear they weren’t expecting me when I arrived at the salon.I was barely greeted, given no instruction or information about what products would be used in my facial and the whole thing felt extremely rushed to get me out.The employee was lovely enough but didn’t seem to know what she was doing - she was rough with my ears which are very clearly covered in piercings and also stated on my intake form ( context other beauticians are much more gentle when they go near them out of curtesy) and very rough with my skin-Kept pulling my eyelids up when massaging my face and the product was getting inside my eyes and was quite rough when applying products to the point where the mask at the end felt like it was literally burning my skin because of how harsh she had exfoliated!This was anything but relaxing and my face is very irritated and inflamed -you really need to take more care when you’re looking after someone skin - I really wouldn’t recommend this.

Bella was great. I came with a previous lashes job that was a disaster and she fixed them for me. She listened to what I said and was very experienced. I was very happy and will go back to her for another service very soon.

I have been getting lash extensions and brow shaping and tinting since 2020. Bella has never faulted with her amazing service and results. I always walk away feeling amazing. Hands down the place to go.

Not only is the customer service person mentioned here rude, vulgar and disrespectful, she is also a LIAR! Lie 1- I did not book online, my daughter did it herself. Lie 2- She referred to my “daughter” as stupid for wearing light coloured loose clothing, even after both my daughter and myself informed her that they were old clothes and it doesn’t matter if they get stained. When I attempted to explain to her that it is not acceptable to call someone “stupid”, she screamed at me and said “well she IS stupid!” I never insisted for my daughter to be tanned, my daughter wanted it, booked it and paid for it- not me.Lie 3- She stated that it took too long for security to attend- Tweed Mall Security were NOT contacted by her at all. No phone calls made to Security as verified by Tweed Mall Security- as daily logs are kept of all incidents and there are no notes for any request to attend to this person or this salon at the time we were there. She also states that I was aggressive and it took too long for security to attend? Well if she truly felt that I was aggressive then surely a desperate call would/could/ should have been made, but there wasn’t. As for me seeing her security camera, ALL stores/ shops and venues have security cameras so this is her lame excuse? The only reason we left was due to the embarrassing scene she was causing and my poor daughter standing there looking like she had just been attached by a black spray can only wanted to go home. My daughter was shocked at how this person was reacting and only wanted to get out. If she thinks that I am upset by being blocked from her salon, then she has more issues that I originally thought.These reviews are to highlight the good and bad experiences we receive and I only wanted to advise others of this obscene and unacceptable behaviour of the owner of this salon. Like others who have written negative reviews about this persons aggressive and rude treatment- BEWARE! History does not lie and if you do not leave a 5 star glowing review of this person and wish to share any negative feedback, then be prepared for a serve! Whether it be instore ( face to face) or via reviews, she cannot accept constructive criticism and will attempt to worm her way out by turning it back onto the person addressing her. Obviously people who cannot work for an employer feel it ok to buy themselves their job and are therefore only answerable to themselves. Unfortunately being your own boss and owner of your own company can come back to bite you when you do not understand or willing to accept that your actions are witnessed and under scrutiny of all customers. Unfortunately it does not give the option in these reviews to leave 0 stars.. I would if I could!

Had my eyebrows tattooed by Bella. She did a great job. So happy with them. Also had a facial with microdermabrasion with Anita which was heavenly as well as natural lash extensions. Feel like a new woman. I can highly recommend Sugared + Bronzed.
