United Petroleum Sassafras (Pie Face)

Girl on front counter was very rude. When I asked if I could use the toilet please she said yeah. When I asked if they were unlocked or not she replied keys are there and pointed towards somewhere on the counter. I found it and that itself was disgusting. I mentioned to a friend I was travelling with that someone had written on the cleaning schedule Toilets disgusting need cleaning" she told me that was there 11 days earlier!! The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.We did purchase a couple of things from in-store and still didn't get smiles or anything Resembling manners. There was no fresh fruit and it wasn't that clean.I had travelled across 3 states in that 11 days and never experienced anything as bad."

Called in to purchase something to eat. The woman behind the counter was very unfriendly. Could not even raise a smile after trying to engage & chat with her. Went to use the toilet facilities & was appalled at how dirty it was. No hand towels, bin full to almost overflowing. Basin almost black with dirt & grime. Went back inside to alert staff member who's apathetic reaction was expected. (Noted there's a review from 3 months ago also advising toilets were dirty). Clearly whoever runs this place don't care about providing clean & hygienic facilities for customers. And clearly hang on to rude staff who cause a loss of custom. We won't spend our money there, that's for sure.

Such bad service, I've been appalled at how they behave towards customers. It's as if they don't understand how to talk to a customer. The worst thing is that they were great before but the new management are absolutely horrible. Please avoid this place.

Any chance you can clean your toilets.... absolutely disturbing

Bad customer service. The girl on the counter was rude and kept talking on her phone at work. She kept her one side headphone on, so she couldn’t hear customers clearly. Definitely not recommended.

best place ever very neat and clean, fresh fruits. great customer service by sweet girl .she is really polite and cheerfully. always big smile on face.

The lady wasn’t attentive to customers. She was talking in phone as time making customer wait long ! So rude and unprofessional! I reminded her as well!

Filthy & disgusting toilet facilities. No soap or paper towel either. Have to obtain key from counter - probably contaminated too. I certainly wouldn't purchase anything from this PieFace. Checkout person was very offhand - not at all pleasant to deal with.

Rudest customer service ever. I chose a pie but she bagged wrong flavour. Then she actually yelled at me saying what should she now do with one I didn't want saying she would have to throw in bin. 3 other customers also horrified at her. She was actually scary. Never go there for any reason
