Took my Nintendo switch to get a new screen protector and they were great enough to replace it themselves when other stores I've spoken to won't touch it. Very helpful and great service. Parking can be bit annoying if you don't know the area but isn't their fault. Definitely recommend to others in the area.

You know it’s going to be a good day if you go to EB Games in Gawler, the staff are lovely, always happy to have a conversation, and they’re very helpful. A few weeks ago I was looking for a specific rare 3DS game that I couldn’t find anywhere, but I asked the girl at the counter if she knew if any EB Games store had a copy of it, and she looked it up and found that they had a copy in the back! I always leave the store with a smile on my face, but that day I was beaming. I don’t have one bad thing to say! Thanks EB Games Gawler!

Came into EB at Gawler today & the poor staff member - Hannah had a full store of customers and the phone was ringing non-stop. She was completely undeterred and delivered great service whilst also having time to deal with my chatty demeanour! Outstanding, especially with the craziness of Christmas in full swing for retail staff. Much appreciated!

Super helpful trading in a game I got as a gift for a much better game that they had put on hold for me. Even on Boxing Day!(FYI: Dying Light 2 is terrible and Horizon Forbidden West is AMAZING.)
