very bad experience, one hour pick up is a joke, they just sent out email by default within an hour and telling you the item/s are ready to pick up in the store, but actually, no one really go to the shelf or store room to pick and put it somewhere, wait for the customers to pick up. ordered an item, received the sms/email about the item is ready to pick up.. went to the store and want to pick it up, they spent more than 5 mins to locate the item but finally, the item not in their store, asked me to go to their warehouse to pick it up, their warehouse is not somewhere at the back of the building, it is in silverwater, roughly 1km away from driving, they didn't give me any option.. just ask me to go there and pick up.. omg,, did they consider if i was catching public transport? then, i may need to find a way or walk 15-20 mins to find their warehouse in silverwater. drove there and as expected, no one know where is the item or they didn't prepare the customer will come to pick it up.. spent another 5-10 mins and locate the item.. very poor experience and Harvey will be my last option when i need to buy something. good luck.

I just bouhgt camera z30 nikon around 5pm on saturday. this guy is not honest and rip-off me . do not trust him. I am really upset never forget him. he is asian guy. please becareful guys.

Ordered a Tv by click and collect and got the confirmation the next day with details on email where they indicated the store adress.Went for 1 hr drive from where i live to pick up but they said the tv is at the warehouse and not here.Showed them their email with pick up adress and the guy said may be it's a technical problem and we can't do anything ".The warehouse was closed already at 5pm and he told me to come tomorrow.Now

The worst experience from Harvey Normal. Sales team looks nice when purchasing the Bosch heat hump dryer from this Auburn store. However, when the dryer got delivered, the dryer is NOT a new instead it looks like it’s a display one or an used one.Firstly there is no external package and there are some serious dust outside and looks dirty.Secondly when we clean the drum internal, the wipe turned yellow.Thirdly when we open the vent, there are lots of dusts already.ALSO humidify sensor isn’t really working. When the mode is set to the highest dry level, it is still wet when it finishes.CONTACTED THE STORE ONLINE AND NO RESPONSE. COMPLIANT REQUEST SUBMITTED ONLINE AND NO RESPONSE. CALLED UP THE STORE the stuff said she is busy with customer and will ring back but didn’t really happen.I don’t wanna mention anyone’s name just to give them some privacy but THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I am so exhausted with the customer service they provide. Truely annoying and rude customer service specially in the technology section i have ever seen in whole Australia. I will not like to visit it again.

Still here at Harvey Norman Domayne and I am receiving the best customer service from Rodolfo regarding the return of goods (bathroom) that I purchased. Very happy with Rodolfe great customer service

Terrible terrible service, made an order 3 months ago for a dishwasher and still haven’t gotten it and when the order was placed the product was in stock. Then I revive a call on Sunday at 8.30 pm that my product is coming the next day in the morning, then guess what happened! Nothing came. I called I get promised a call back and never got a call back. Now I called to get a refund and they tell me the only way to do it is to do it through the chat service online and I’ve been waiting 30 mins to speak to a human and it still hasn’t transferred me. Please don’t waste your valuable time and make sure not to order from this centre.

As per some reviews, I would never buy from this store. Whenever i have gone there, you can never speak to a sales person - most of them just do not ask you if you need help and on one occasion, i went with my young nephew and he went to speak to one salesman and was not spoken to. A customer is a customer !! he was ignored although he had a good question. If you buy anything, there will always give an excuse for not giving a refund if the product is not working. I have stopped trusting this store with 2 such situations and have decided never to shop from this store ever again.
