Very professional service. Did not have to wait in waiting room and everything was fully explained. Was impressed with the team and the experience was better than expected. Everything seemed pretty new. The location is around the side of the shopping centre in the medical area. Be sure to allow 15 minutes before the appointment time so you can fill out any paperwork.

I usually go to the coast for scans, but they stopped bulk billing breast ultrasounds, so decided to try Exact Express in Beaudesert and was very pleased. The staff was friendly and professional and I was called in within a minute of arrival. I really like that they use cloth towels instead of paper like many other places. Tot only it's very wasteful as they'd go through a lot of paper, but it feels so much better to wipe that gel off with a fluffy soft and fresh smelling towel rather than rough paper towels, especially in the most sensitive areas. I would definitely choose this clinic again.

Really nice place with kind staff I just don't like the fact that you don't get any information when getting treated and you have to wait for your doctors

Blonde lady on front counter, Made her customers wait outside( including elderly) if they didn’t have a mask. Instead of offering them a spare one. When I took mine off for one second to sneeze she said “ your mask must be on.” Was not reasonable and had a negative approach. Could have approached it in a more friendly manner or allowed people to sneeze without it.

I have been here many times for scans and xrays. I have always had great treatment, and have no complaints.

Most horrible treatment i have had from so called proffessionals.I left in tears.Thank god for the salvo next door
