Bed Bath N' Table Chatswood Chase

Never have I received such a lack of service today. I spent about 10 minutes in the shop and not one of the ladies (3) who worked there acknowledged my partner or I. They were looking at us, but continued to stand around gossiping. After deciding on numerous items to purchase, I actually left because of how rude and unhelpful they were. It seems there were more interested in talking to each other than assisting paying customers...

The shop had a great range bedding covers and i found exactly what I needed with the helpful ladies working there. It was all high quality the towels I purchased a fantastic.

Store is okay and some of the store attendants are quite helpful and friendly however one store attendant has taken it upon themselves to yell across the room “ HAVE YOU CHECKED IN” , “SHOW ME YOUR VACCINATION CERTIFICATE” , “CHECKED IN ?- SHOW ME” at every customer. It’s not only irritating with the noise level but also ruins the customer experience. Yes there’s a way to check customers in and we’re all grateful for the freedoms but every other store next to you have managed to do it without all the yelling.

I was in store ( Chatswood Chase ) to purchase sheet sets for our kids.Was looked after by Monica. She was so wonderful, knowledgeable about the product and genuinely cared to looked after me and provide the best solution.Boys loved the sheet set and I am beyond grateful for being looked after by Monica.She even went over & beyond to send me a copy of the invoice which I had misplaced. Just made the whole experience so easy.What an asset to your company !!I will always look out for her next time I shop here.

the young sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. Her manager was very dismissive,rude,unhelpful and was treating her unwell. I would rate this store a 1 based on the manager but her sales assistant was very helpful. Not the best Bed Bath N' Table I have visited- product placement was not easy to navigate.

Don't understand why the lady manager (Saba) so much enjoy criticizing their staffs in front of customers rather than serving the them first??If your new staff isn't well-trained to do the work, why sending them at the chain to make trouble for you with obvious mistakes??Purchased a product in store and was told it is out of stock, however the staff didn't put me in the delivery list (manual writing on paper..very up-to-date tech!) So glad that drop by for other business and asked about it. Manager has to call the staff to confirm if I actually paid without having the product. How if the staff didn't remember me or my purchase? How do I do to prove I didn't get the product that I paid for? Also, no notes written on the receipt says the product need to deliver to client.Scary...probably install some surveillance cams so that can prove I'm innocent?? IMAOBTW, Monica the other lady manager is absolutely excellently professional and helpful.

I had a great experience in store. They didn't have an item I was after, so they have ordered it in for me from another store.They took notice of my daughter and the fact I love cats as I was buying lots of items with cats on.

Usually such a nice place to shop, however my experience yesterday was to say the lest very disappointing. Popped in to buy an item, didn’t have the colour I liked so asked an assistant. She said they had other colours and I asked if they had any. She went to the computer I presumed to check. She certainly wasn’t that friendly and I assumed she was checking her stock level. Said more was coming and when I asked when she raised her arms in an exasperated manner indicating boxes behind me. No humour in her gestures. I said “I know it’s been a long day” hoping it would make the situation a little more relaxed, didn’t seem to work. Asked wether other stores would have stock, didn’t name any specific store as usually they let you know stores nearby that have stock when they check the computer. However she was quite sharp that i didn’t nominate a store. Eventually got the info and left the shop. She probably had a long day, what with extended shopping hours but customer service is everything.

The staff were brilliant in helping me to source the items I wanted. The sales assistant Clara even went so far as to call a number of stores on my behalf to ask if they had stock. She went above and beyond and I can't recommend her customer service skills highly enough. Thank you.
