Sessions are really thorough. I had neck pain and lower back pain so between some adjustments, and massage, came out feeling tons better. Got more treatment than what im used to if i paid for separate chiro and physio sessions, so great value and felt lighter walking out.

Gus is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Extremely professional, appointments are not rushed with a person centred approach. After many years trying Physio and Chiro, I have found my cure here. The take home self-management exercises, stretches and strengthening have helped me to eliminate the significant episodes of pain in my neck/shoulders and manage minor flare ups quickly. Highly recommended!
